Welcome, Cláudia Trindade, to BMA’s Litigation Team!
We are delighted to announce that Cláudia Trindade has joined BMA’s Litigation Team! With extensive experience in Civil, Commercial, Corporate, Insolvency and Business Restructuring, Employment, Criminal, Cláudia brings a wealth of expertise to our firm.
A highly accomplished legal professional, Cláudia earned her Law degree (2010), Master’s (2014), and Ph.D. in Law (2024) from the University of Lisbon. In parallel with her legal practice, she has built a remarkable academic career as a Lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon since 2011, teaching subjects such as Civil Procedure Law, General Theory of Civil Law, and Property Law. She is also a Researcher at the Private Law Research Center (CIDP) and a prolific author, with notable publications in Civil Law and Civil Procedure.
Cláudia is a frequent speaker at postgraduate courses, conferences, and seminars on Civil Procedure, Arbitration, Insolvency, and Data Protection.
