The qualities we look for in our lawyers are strong intelligence, self-confidence and business sense. As an international law firm, we also recruit qualified young lawyers in jurisdictions other than Portugal, in particular lawyers from countries with a Germanic Roman tradition. However, for a good integration into our teams, it will be necessary for foreign lawyers to have sufficient command of the Portuguese language.
