We are pleased to share that Inês Rodrigues will be in Prague from 7 to 10 October 2026 for the PTMG (Pharmaceutical Trade Marks Group) 108th Conference, joining a programme that goes straight to some of the issues currently reshaping pharmaceutical trade mark practice.
This year’s discussions will cover a wide range of issues at the intersection of pharmaceuticals, trade marks and technology, including the Czech pharmaceutical sector, the use of AI tools in IP departments, trade mark enforcement in Central Asia, domain name portfolio management, medical device design protection, pharmaceutical trade dress, online IP infringement, direct-to-consumer and direct-to-patient advertising, multi-jurisdictional trade mark litigation, the impact of technological convergence and data science on regulatory thinking, and the implications of the Amarin v Hikma case for trade marks and fair use of originator brands.
We look forward to the discussions and to meeting colleagues and friends in Prague.
