Notification No. 54 of 13/12: Geneva Act of the Lisbon Agreement on Appellations of Origin and Geographical Indications

Notification No. 54, which was published today, made public that, on October 18, 2023, Portugal, as depositary, has deposited its instrument approving the Geneva Act of the Lisbon Agreement on Appellations of Origin and Geographical Indications, adopted at Geneva on May 20, 2015, with the Director General of the World Intellectual Property Organization. Said Act shall enter into force on January 18, 2024.
