Sofia Paiva joins BMA’s Litigation Team

Sofia Paiva joined BMA’s Litigation Team. Sofia has been representing parties in litigation and providing advice in legal matters such as civil liability, criminal, civil and commercial Law. She finished her law degree from Faculdade de Direito de Lisboa in 2016. She is currently finishing her masters’ degree in Criminal Law, awaiting the public defense of her dissertation entitled "The Rewarded Collaboration in Portugal: From the possibility to the (un)need". She has joined the Portuguese Bar Association as a lawyer in 2019. Between 2017 and 2020, Sofia collaborated with a law firm, as a trainee lawyer and later as an associate lawyer.
