André is an associate at BMA.
André advises and represents clients in matters relating to employment law, civil law, including family and succession law, data protection, and litigation.
He finished his Law degree from the Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa in 2021.
In the same year, he enrolled in a scientific master's program in Employment Law at the Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa, which he completed in 2025.
During his master's studies, André was invited to co-author the collective work "O Populismo no Século XXI – Democracia sob Ataque?" published by AAFDL Publishing.
He worked as a legal expert at MFIR - Law Firm from October 2021 to November 2022, when he registered with the Portuguese Bar Association.
In 2025, he completed a postgraduate course in the General Data Protection Regulation and Cybersecurity at the Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Coimbra.
André has been collaborating with BMA since February 2024.
He has been a member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 2026.
