Petra finished her Law Degree from the Faculdade de Direito de Lisboa in 2003.

Between 2003 and 2011, she collaborated with the law firm Albuquerque & Associados.

In 2005, she joined the Portuguese Bar Association.

In 2005 she concluded a post-graduation in European Economic Criminal Law at “Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Coimbra”.

In 2018 she concluded the post-graduation in Pharmacy and Drug Law.

She has been representing parties in litigation and providing advice in legal matters such as patents, pharmaceutical regulatory law, data protection and civil law.
